Holbrook’s Clearance Center is a family-owned and family-run business with deep roots and a big heart. We first opened our doors in Salt Lake City, Utah, where we spent 10 years building a reputation for honesty, value, and down-to-earth service. In 1988, we made Chico our home—and for more than 35 years, we’ve continued that same tradition right here in the community we love.

How We Work
We keep things simple around here. At Holbrook’s, our whole business model is built on one goal: bring great furniture to our community at prices that don’t make your wallet flinch.
How do we do it? We buy truckloads of the best overstocked, surplus and one-of-a-kind new furniture and mattresses we can find. We hunt for deals, buy smart, and keep our overhead low so you don’t have to pay for a bunch of extra fluff. No fancy showrooms, no high-pressure sales tricks—just solid furniture at real, everyday discounts.
This allows us to sell some of our products at up to 70% off regular retail prices, with a constantly changing inventory of a wide variety of brands and styles.
